I am so disappointed because the trouser I ordered was different from what i received

I am so disappointed because the trouser I ordered was different from what i received.. The trouser which was on website with bow belt while the received one was changed as it was with elastic and lace.

Ordered a trouser with bow belt but I received a cotton material trouser with elastic and laces inside.. this is not fair.
