Orders received will be dispatched on the following business day.
Orders placed on Sundays or on any public holidays observed in Pakistan will be processed and shipped on the next working day.
The standard delivery timeframe is 4 to 5 working days. Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays. However, delivery times may be extended during peak shopping seasons, promotional sale events, strikes, or unforeseen natural disasters.
Orders will be delivered to the residential or business address provided by the customer at the time of placing the order.
An order may be cancelled after three unsuccessful delivery attempts. A confirmation call will be made to the customer prior to cancellation.
